Lower Hardres and Nackington Garden Society Supports the Pilgrims Hospice

The Lower Hardres and Nackington Gardeners' Society held a short presentation ceremony on Monday July 27th to mark the handing over of a cheque for £500 to Pilgrims Hospice representative. The society has been supporting local charities for a number of years and although it was not able to hold any horticultural shows this year the decision had already been taken to support Pilgrims Hospice.  The picture shows Leila Ilkhan and our President Alanah Bidwell at the ceremony.  Also in attendance at a safe distance were committee members Graham and Maggie Brown, Rosemary Marshall,  Marian Talbot, Dot Taylor and Lyn Cornelius.
